Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was spent with Brian's family. They had a family party at his parents house with pizza, a craft, games, a talent show, and of course-reading the Christmas story from Luke 2. It was such a fun party.

Hard at work on the craft. Everyone made an airplane out of gum, life savers, and other candy. I should have taken a picture of a finished one. They were so cute.

We played the traditional passing game to "The Night Before Christmas." My mother-in-law has a cute reindeer hat that she wears while she reads the story every year. We then pass wrapped candy to the right every time the word "the" is said.

After reading Luke 2 and watching the movie, it was time for everyone to open their new Christmas pajamas. I always loved having comfy new pajamas to wear on Christmas Eve!!

The four buddies (thats what the 4 girls the same age call each other), modeling their matching pajamas.

All the grandkids showing off their new Christmas pajamas

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

Adorable picture of Hannah at the end! I'm glad you got pictures of the plane making party, I was too inthralled in getting it all together and doing it my own way :) I'm happy to say mine turned out a little better then poor Nathan's! :) I have to say I love the PJ tradition and look forward to it now every year :)
