For Eric's birthday this year I spent hours making him a set of 30 personalized alphabet blocks, complete with a picture of him on one side of each block. Today we pulled them out and played with them. I have to admit, I did feel a little pride seeing my little guy enjoy something that I made.

Wow! You are so crafty!! Those are such cute blocks! Good idea!
Love the pictures! Especially the next to the last one - such a charmer! Looks like you're all getting better, too. Hooray for the return of good health to our family! Those blocks really were an adorable idea!
Sad to say I miss you. And you live in the same town. Ouch! love you all so much.
You are awesome! What a cute idea and how fun for him:)
LOVE those Tonya!!!
Oh my Gosh Tonya! Amazing! You have given me an idea!!!!
He is looking so grown up! What a big kid!
That is such a cool idea! How did you attach the photos?
I just used modge podge and then sealed the blocks with a waterproof sealant spray. The only problem that I'm running into is that Eric likes to chew on the blocks and he chews the vinyl off, so the spray isn't strong enough to keep the vinyl on. I might take the and modge podge over the vinyl letters then re-spray just to keep them a little more child proof (oh, and if you're doing these for little kids, use a non toxic spray so its not a problem for them to chew on them)
Adorable...blocks and boy!
long hair and a polo make that kid look so grown up!
Those are super cute! What a good idea!
