Some fall happenings

It's been a gorgeous fall.  All two weeks of it.  The weather reports and the wind outside are telling me that fall may be over before it really began.   I'm glad we had a couple weekends to do some fun fall things.

In the beginning of October, Brian's brother bought a new trailer and they took it up the canyon camping for it's maiden voyage.  Brrr, they are a lot tougher than I am.  The whole family met up there for a yummy Sunday dinner of dutch oven chicken and ribs.

Brian went up the canyon a few weeks later to break in his brothers new Jeep and go off-roading.  I had to work, plus I don't think bumpy roads are exactly okay for me in my current condition.  They had a blast and the fall colors were beautiful.

The whole crew

Great photos! Autumn around here should definitely be celebrated in the mountains! Missed getting there this year. Thanks for sharing some of it with us through this!

I love Ethan's picture...We should have gone off-roading. Looks like fun. Too bad we woke up to snow this morning!
